Since going live in 2021, our product brand SyncSmart has been hard at work bringing HubSpot users apps and integrations. The main goal of each? Helping you get the most out of your data to boost your sales, marketing, service, or financial capabilities (in some cases, all four!).

The Latest SyncSmart Apps and Integrations
The SyncSmart team is consistently looking to productize integrations that offer the most value to the broadest market. With that in mind, they’ve built a few recent integrations designed for performance, accuracy, reliability, and security.
ConnectWise + HubSpot Integration on the UI
ConnectWise is a professional services automation tool. It has the functionality of customer relationship management (CRM) software, plus features commonly used by managed service providers (MSPs) in the IT industry.
With the ConnectWise and HubSpot integration, you get bidirectional syncing of several sales and marketing-related HubSpot objects with their respective objects in ConnectWise. Use the integration to reach your contacts at the right time by segmenting and marketing them through HubSpot based on your ConnectWise data.
The SyncSmart user interface (UI), available for the ConnectWise + HubSpot integration, provides a way for customers to input custom field mappings through a web application — my.syncsmart.io. Using it, you can manage and review field mappings, control the direction in which data syncs, enter filter criteria, and edit as needed.
Introhive + HubSpot
Introhive is a data warehousing software platform that stores customer intelligence data. Introhive lets customers record and report within their system. Yet many companies want to utilize that data in HubSpot to take advantage of the tools the HubSpot ecosystem offers — namely sales, marketing, customer success, RevOps, and advanced reporting tools. The Introhive + HubSpot integration can help if you're one of them.
The SyncSmart HubSpot + Introhive integration takes Introhive data extracts — data dumps of contacts, companies, and other fields like activities, relationships, and scores — and pulls them into HubSpot via different API calls. Once you have Introhive data in HubSpot, you can provide your teams with the most accurate, up-to-date information necessary to achieve real business growth. Specifically, the Introhive + HubSpot integration will let you use your customer data with HubSpot tools like lead nurturing and scoring, workflows, reporting, and more.
HubSpot Multi-Portal Sync
The HubSpot Multi-Portal Sync integration offers a one way syncing of HubSpot, deals, contacts, companies, and engagements from child portals to mother portals. It also syncs properties and pipelines from a mother portal to child portals.
The purpose of the Multi-Portal Sync integration is to allow all companies that use multiple HubSpot portals, whether it's across business units or another reason, to share their data securely across the entire organization from a parent or mother portal and from multiple child portals to a mother portal (depending on the use case).
Wix + HubSpot
SyncSmart’s Wix + HubSpot app was built for Wix website users looking to ramp up their inbound marketing strategy by tapping into HubSpot’s tools. The app helps Wix website users get the data they need through form submissions to elevate their sales and marketing efforts.
The app automatically installs the HubSpot tracking code to embed forms, syncs Wix data to HubSpot, and generates and updates Wix contacts in HubSpot. The SyncSmart team constantly makes adjustments and updates to this app — be sure to stay tuned!
Twilio HubSpot Extension
The Twilio HubSpot CRM workflow extension links Twilio and HubSpot together by sending Twilio SMS messages to HubSpot via different workflows. It also populates Twilio messaging data to the HubSpot contact timeline. These actions make it simple for HubSpot and Twilio users to send SMS messages to prospects and customers inside HubSpot as well as use other parts of HubSpot’s automation and SMS functionality.
