At Lynton, we love food. We love sharing it, cooking it, baking it, and of course, eating it. Inspired by our active foodie Slack channel, we created a 2022 holiday cookbook to share internally. Then we had a thought: Why not also share it with you?!
How It Started
Our food Slack channel has been hot this year. Our teammates have shared recipes from Tennessee Stack Cakes to Korean beef stew and more. Since so many of us shared recipes and bonded over comfort foods, we had the idea to create a holiday cookbook that included all of our favorite recipes.
About the Cookbook
We asked our teammates to submit their favorite holiday recipes and share a little blurb about what the dish means to them during the season. Some recipes are passed down through generations, while others are classic Betty Crocker. Others were created from scratch, and some are inspired by renowned chefs.
Our team encompasses a variety of cultures and regions throughout the world, and we love being able to see that inspiration in our chosen recipes. The book is divided into appetizers, sides, main courses, drinks, and desserts. Each recipe shares a message about why it's special to our crew and how it is used with their holiday traditions.
