HubSpot’s product releases introduced a new workspace for prospecting. Currently in public beta, this new tool will help your sales team organize their day all in one place. In this blog, we’ll review what this means for your sales team and highlight a few other releases we’re excited about.
Rather than using multiple tools to keep track of their day, HubSpot’s new prospecting workplace will allow reps to see the bigger picture by logging daily activities, creating new or urgent tasks, and tying projects up all in one place.
If your sales team is prospecting in HubSpot, this tool will allow them to feel confident that they can generate enough opportunities to reach and exceed goals. They’ll even have insight into their project progress to see if they’re meeting benchmarks.
So, what can you see once you’re in this tool? Within the Summary tab, you’ll get a total view of:
In your Activity Feed, you can view a list of all of your sales activity notifications from the last year. They are grouped by contact and are unique to the user account you are signed into when viewing the feed.

You can:
On a call where you need to schedule another call with a teammate, but they aren’t there to discuss times? Now you can schedule meetings for peers within the meeting scheduling flow. They’ll be able to see that you booked the meeting on their behalf.
